Are all the good guys really gone by the time you're 30?

I got married at 22, and there were lots of great options other than my husband. My sister is 29, and says the dating pool of normal guys is very small in her age range......and the ones she does find have serious issues with commitment or are divorced with "baggage." I also notice that single women have no qualms anymore about hitting on married men. Are good men really in that short of supply?
