Is there any IT company which allows more than two year gap between 12th and engineering?

TCS may be having such rule. It doesnt mean other IT companies will also have same rule. So, dont loose your heart...and keep trying and there should be some companies which should not have problem with it....or rather they may accept based on your performance and consider you as an exceptional case. So, keep trying and if you get in some small IT company at the begining and then later try for bigger company...so once you have experience they may not consider it as an obstacle...
