Muscle question?????

Haha, I laugh at your friend. Well of course not, as long as yu do both weightlifting and soccer. If you just weight lift you will become inflexible and your arms will have a smaller range of motion which will be inimical to your goalie abilities. Also, if you just play soccer you muscles will gradually adapt to that style of use and they will not literally get alot smaller but they might shrink a little in size and not look as big.
