What can we do our 4 year old daughter is out of control?

My daughter is 4 and she is so bad me anf my husband dont know what to do with her. She would start yelling when we dont pick her up shr will bite us hit us. My husband will be on the computer and she will run up to him and throw something at him or kick him and throw his things on the floor. I would be in the store and she would climb out the cart and run around everywhere yelling taking things off of selves climbing in peoples baskets kicking them opening things. I wiuld try to grab her and she will lay on the floor screaming. I was cooking with my mom and she grabed the knife and stuck my mom with it and when we tried to take it from her she threw ot at us.so my husband grabed her and wanted to spaknk her but i put her in time out and she started screaming at me a ind hiting me so my husband grabed her and she started scratching his face.what should we do she even got kicked out of daycare for hurting the other kids. She would push them down of bite them and when the provider tried to handle her she got worse.
