You could use both but you should just use marshmellon, you have a dragon deck so you have major beaters in your deck its very unlikely that you will come across higher attk monsters. copycat at most might buy you a turn if you have a bad hand cause in decks like this you have alot of high monsters. marshmellon will buy you more time
