How can I make my hair grow much faster?

I'm a 15-year-old teenage guy. I have ugly-*** wavy/frizzy curly hair, but I try my best to make it straight and it SOMETIMES works well, but let's just say I have a lot of trouble avoiding bad hair days. Well my hair grows really fast and last month I got a hair cut (a really good one by the way). I was in love with my hair because it actually made me look HANDSOME and NORMAL. But since my hair grows so long, today I had to get a hair-cut. When I went to the Barbershop to cut my hair, the barber cut my hair and he messed up pretty BAD! I hate my hair-cut, I look hideous!! Now no girl wants to even look at me nor talk to me at all! I am SO upset about my hair-cut, I'm practically bald! So how can I make my hair grow much more faster so I can get this rediculous hair style off me and go back to my good 'ol hair back? I am so upset about my new hair style. I need lots of help, tips, whatever, please!
