Since Constantine's Gift was proven to be a forgery, shouldn't the Pope vacate the Vatican?

Even if it was real, Catholic priests take a vow of poverty, chastity, and obedience. The fact that they live in palaces and go around molesting little kids should have stripped them of any kind of authority.
