Funky Coffee Shops in Montreal - 10 points best answer?

I just moved to Montreal and am looking for a good little coffee place. I'm sick of all of the chains, Java U, Starbucks, Second Cup, etc. I'm looking for good coffee in a place with a funky atmosphere. I live by McGill, so something relatively close would be best (though I know this isn't the best location for funky places). Thanks so much, 10 points to best answer!
