My 2009 kawasaki kx250f feels like it has rear wheel steering... what could cause this?

I just got my 2009 kx250f in February... and in corners it feels like the rear tire steering in the opposite direction of the turn... have checked all swing arm bearings, wheel bearings, spokes, but did not find anything... this could be the cause of my fib/tib break in April...
