Please Help me with this question. Arsenic occurs naturally in low concentrations but is fatal in large doses?

i would say yes because its 2.3 μg/dL over the standard deviation, so it can be concluded that she has been exposed to some type of arsenic; but to say that it was contaminated would require multiple people to be tested to make sure it isn't just one person that is poisoned.
