Growth on my dog's lip.?

Usually, when a dog has a growth and it has changed in size , a vet would recommend an aspiration to check for any abnormalities. I would continue to monitor it, but call your vet to let them know that your dog does have it. Once money is available, take him to your vet so a proper exam can be done.
