What schools do you think i should apply to??? please help me?

Im asking b/c the test i took on college board couldnt find a school that fit me. I live in nj and want to go to one of the UCs preferebly USC, UCLA, or UCSB. my GPA is a little over a 3.8 im trying to get it up to at least a 3.9. Im on YAC,math club, stage crew, student congess, I write for my school newspaper, im treasurer of a venture crew, National Honor Society, my towns first aid squad, Ive been attending an EMT course since Jan I graduate next month and Ill be a certified EMT-B and next year ill probably do some volunteer work at my local rec center and hopefully a nearby animal shelter. I take all honors cles exept math bc it didnt fit in my schedule Ive been taken ap history for the past 2 years. Im taking the sat 2 in spanish and us history I took my SAT in jan and got a 1590 which i know is horrid but Im working on it. I got a 580 and 560 on the reading part but got a 470 on the math which is what dragged my score down. BTW im a junior and I feel as if im not good enough so which schools do you think would accept me?? Also sorry
