Divorced guy loves his child so much and entrusts YOU to look after child and marry him - how would YOU feel?!?

this questin will get mixed feedback, i know. Theres this divorced guy and he loves his son more than his own life - literally!! And will sacrifice anything and everything for him. He would even work 24/7 to make sure his child can lead a great life. If such guy asked YOU to marry him and KNOWS that you will look after his child well too - how would this make u feel? (You just have to KNOW that he loves u and is NOT using u for the child) .. Please answer!!
