Has Hip hop/rap gown downhill?

I mean, ever since 2000, rap has become ****! with artists like j-kwon, gucci mane, plies, lil boosie, rich boy, flo rida, lil wayne, nelly, and souljah boy, black people will be listenin to Rock and roll soon. And people keep coming out with foul songs. The radio stations keep playing the same ****! Do you agree?
